Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient
About the Role
LifeStance Health is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our growing clinical team in the Salt Lake City area. We have offices in Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove, and Draper, Utah, with more locations opening in 2027.
As a critical part of our team, you’ll deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare with a focus on work-life balance and professional growth. We prefer candidates with experience in child and adolescent populations, though all PMHNPs with a passion for mental health are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication management and therapy for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver evidence-based, personalized mental healthcare.
Requirements
- Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNPs or PAs are not accepted).
- Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority and a DEA number.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience with both medication management and therapy.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
