Role Overview
Part-time (1 day per week) within Monday - Friday
No nights or weekends
Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
- Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Maryland license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C
- Active DEA or willingness to obtain
- New grads and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
Compensation And Benefits
- Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of $35,000 - $42,000 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
