About the role

We are seeking a Behavioral Healthcare Provider for teens, young adults, and their families. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents and young adults in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a similar license
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
