Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (2 yrs. exp)- Outpatient

About the role

LifeStance Health is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare, providing medication management and therapy to adult and/or child/adolescent patients in outpatient settings across Utah locations (Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove, Draper). The role offers flexible hybrid schedules (2‑3 days in‑office, 1‑2 days remote) and the opportunity to work in a collegial environment with modern offices and full administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to patients.
• Conduct medication management and provide therapy services.
• Work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Utilize latest digital technology for patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow evidence‑based practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Current licensure in Utah with PMHNP certification.
• Ability to obtain or maintain prescriptive authority.
• Ability to obtain or maintain DEA registration.
• Applicants with FNP, APRNP, or PA credentials are not accepted.
