Psychiatric Clinic Supervisor

About the role

Supervises the Medication Clinic, managing staff serving adults, children, and individuals with mental health, substance use, and developmental disorders.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations, staff coordination, and manages medication sample storage, pharmacy, and laboratory expenses.
• Develops processes to assist eligible individuals with Patient Assistance programs.
• Collaborates with the Medical Director to set goals, develop policies, establish performance standards, evaluate activities, and manage budgets.
• Ensures compliance with funding requirements and standards.
• Coordinates services across multiple locations, including telemedicine.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field and 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid Texas driver’s license and insurable driving record.
