PST Specialist Float

Role: Float Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and providing exceptional patient service across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws for all agesCollect specimens for various tests including drug screens and paternity testsAccurately enter patient data and process billing informationPrepare specimens for testing and maintain logs of patient and specimen informationProvide superior customer service and support administrative dutiesTravel between sites as needed and perform other assigned duties Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentPhlebotomy certification, completed training, or 6+ months of experiencePreferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experienceStrong communication skills, customer service orientation, ability to work independently or in teamsValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass color blindness testMust be at least 21 years old Skills & Standards Excellent customer service and communication skillsAdaptability, flexibility, and comfortable working with minimal supervisionWillingness to work overtime if needed Additional Details: This role offers opportunities for skill development, growth, and performance-based bonuses, including a float incentive.
