About the role
Teach students in classes I to V following the ICSE curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Lesson planning and classroom delivery
- Maintain records of the teaching-learning process
- Assessment and remedial work to improve student outcomes
- Conduct remedial classes as needed
Requirements
- Graduation (with English as a subject) and B. Ed. degree
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in English or other subjects
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage a class of 40 students
- Engaging all types of learners
- Exemplary behaviour and soft-spoken demeanour
- Uncompromising adherence to rules and regulations
- Use of positive reinforcement
- Familiarity with differentiated learning and competency-based teaching frameworks (NEP)
- Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations for classroom use
- Implementation of experiential learning strategies
