About the role
The Cabin Provisioning Specialist oversees Airport Services and maintains positive client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean aircraft interiors, including turn and overnight aircraft, following company and client specifications and procedures.
- Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS), provisioning aircraft with required ship supplies by aircraft type.
- Attend to passengers' needs and provide special assistance as requested.
- Handle other people's property, especially mobility aids and luggage, with care and respect.
- Project a positive image and respond courteously to inquiries from airlines, staff, and the public.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in Airport, Hospitality, or Customer Service roles.
- Aged 18 or older.
- Able to lift, carry, and/or hold up to 70 lbs.
- Passes pre-employment and random drug tests.
