Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team to hit and exceed activity and output targets
  • Own rep skill development, diagnosing what's holding each rep back and building toward it
  • Review call and meeting recordings systematically, deliver feedback, and hold dedicated feedback sessions to reinforce best practices across the team
  • Own the team's daily and weekly activity scorecard, identify negative trends early, and translate them into coaching moments or escalate gaps to the Director
  • Lead a portion of the interview process for new hires and own the execution of onboarding and ramp milestones for new team members
  • Implement performance management processes in close partnership with the Director
  • Foster a positive, high-accountability team culture that reflects Nourish's values and keeps the bar high

  • You're a strong communicator with high EQ. You know how to deliver tough feedback in a way that motivates rather than deflates, and you build trust quickly with your team.
  • You don't manage from a distance. You're in the details of your reps' calls and meetings, not just the outcomes.
