Provider Enrollment Specialist

What You'll Do

• Timely completion of complex government and commercial payer enrollment applications
• Update and maintain all necessary documents for assigned clients and physicians
• Proefficiently communicate credentialing related claims issues to client service managers, clients and providers

What You'll Bring to Zotec

• 2 or more years of payer enrollment experience; certification is a plus
• CredentialStream software experience highly preferred
• Understanding, analyzing, and interpreting medical billing documentation and data
• Conveying ideas effectively, both written and verbally
• Identifying and addressing issues and using critical thinking to find innovative solutions
• Prioritizing work flow and ensuring deadlines are met
• Multitasking and maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
