About the role

As the Provider Data Services Senior Coordinator, you will manage audits of provider information to escalate issues for resolution as appropriate. You will also manage and resolve third-party contracted reimbursement issues into applicable systems. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to develop positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include automating and manually loading all new and revised participating provider data transactions, and managing third-party contracted reimbursement issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage audits of provider information to escalate issues for resolution as appropriate.
• Manage and resolve third-party contracted reimbursement issues into applicable systems.
• Automate and manually load all new and revised participating provider data transactions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of provider-related experience.
• Previous production environment experience.
• Provider Data Maintenance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel.
• 1+ years of QuickBase experience.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• SCM and/or EPDB knowledge.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Demonstrated success prioritizing work and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with others to meet/exceed expectations.
• Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 - $35.29 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
