About the role
This role manages all aspects of post-acute care contracting, focusing on home health, hospice, and skilled nursing facilities. The Provider Contract Analyst negotiates, develops, and oversees contract renewals, ensuring favorable financial reimbursement and compliance with contractual terms.
Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with contract terms and monitor activities.
- Perform special studies/audits and coordinate office site visits and medical records reviews.
- Prepare periodic reports summarizing compliance with key responsibilities.

Requirements
- Associates degree in Business, Finance, Information Management, Healthcare Administration or Health Related Discipline
- 5 years experience in health care administration/delivery/finance or a related field
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information management, healthcare administration or health related discipline preferred
Skills
- Working knowledge of third party payment concepts
- Solid understanding of health care finance and regional market environment
- Extensive experience with commonly used computer business applications
- Medical terminology and coding
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral)
- Negotiations, teamwork, and organizational skills
