Provider Clinical Operations Consultant, Senior Associate
Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex operational challenges within healthcare settings to develop actionable insights
- Implementing business transformation strategies to enhance clinical operations and improve service delivery
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to drive operational excellence and optimize processes
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and align operational strategies with business objectives
- Sustaining change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and improve organizational performance
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement in health services
- Planning and executing operations strategies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Collaborating with teams to foster teamwork and drive successful outcomes in clinical operations projects
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating analytical thinking and business data analytics skills
- Utilizing business performance metrics for operational excellence
- Excelling in change management and process improvement strategies
- Engaging stakeholders effectively in health services projects
- Navigating complex operations management and strategy development
- Supporting client-focused operations consulting initiatives
Qualifications
- Preference for advanced degrees or certifications in relevant fields
- Experience in consulting or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
