As a Provider Clinical Operations Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients in the health services sector to enhance their operational efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities

• Analyze complex operational challenges within healthcare settings to develop actionable insights.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and business data analytics skills.
• Experience utilizing business performance metrics for operational excellence.
• Excellence in change management and process improvement strategies.
• Effective stakeholder engagement in health services projects.
• Experience navigating complex operations management and strategy development.
• Support for client-focused operations consulting initiatives.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
