Prototype Architect

About the role

Full-time, on-site Architectural Project Manager position based in South Fort Worth, TX, focused on commercial prototype projects. The role involves managing multiple prototype projects simultaneously, overseeing all stages of project execution, and coordinating planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all phases of project execution, from initiation to completion
• Manage project teams, construction administration, and site visits
• Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with project goals and budgets
• Ensure compliance with architectural and regulatory standards
• Coordinate resources and personnel effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience with prototype retail, commercial, or restaurant projects (REQUIRED)
• Architecture experience with projects in the USA
• Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or current Employment Authorization Document Holder (no visa sponsorship provided now or in the future)

Skills

• Strong project management skills, including oversight of all project phases
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit (a plus)
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients
