Responsibilities
- Teach four class sections per week
- Oversee a student advocacy group
- Attend grade-level trips and off-campus student activities
- Support major extracurricular activities
- Participate in team meetings and school-wide committees
Requirements
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in upper school grades
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
- Broad knowledge of and experience with current best practices in curriculum and instruction, especially standards-based learning

Pay
The base salary range for this position for the 2025-2026 academic year is $95,506 - $181,896. The full pay range, which encompasses all experience levels, is $95,506 - $181,896. Within this range, we pay each Faculty member in accordance with what could be reasonably expected based on an individual's experience level. Base salary is exclusive of fringe benefits, retirement plan employer contributions or potential stipends (for eligible employees).
Schedule
Full-time teachers at Menlo School are responsible for four class sections, overseeing a student advocacy group, attending grade-level trips and off-campus student activities, supporting major extracurricular activities, and participating in team meetings and school-wide committees.
