Propulsion Technician II, Second Shift
About the role
This role is focused on supporting several in-house processes and support resources such as precision cleaning, hydrostatic proof testing, flow testing, component assembly and test, and engine assembly. It is a 2nd shift position with a standard schedule of 3:00PM-1:30AM, Monday through Friday, with a 10% differential on top of the base rate. This role is structured around a baseline expectation of a 50-hour workweek, which may include occasional overtime as needed to meet operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Supports several in-house processes and support resources such as precision cleaning, hydrostatic proof testing, flow testing, component assembly and test, and engine assembly.
- Works on engine components, sub-assemblies and engines.
- Ensures adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience working on engines, with a primary focus on engine components.
- Familiarity with architecture of a Gas Generator cycle engine and all associated nomenclature.
- Experience with high pressure fluid system development and testing such as hydrostatic proof, pneumatic leak check, and flow testing.
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical system integration.
- Strong technical and interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Pay
Hiring Range: $28.90—$40.80 USD
