Proposal Manager

Role Overview

Lead and manage all proposal activities. Direct proposal team members and monitor progress. Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and compliance. Work with the Capture Manager to integrate winning strategies. Develop review plans (Pink, Red, Gold Teams) for proposal evaluation. Oversee production, review, and submission of proposals.

• Analyze RFP/bid requirements for compliance and responsiveness.
• Support strategy and theme development for winning proposals.
• Build strong internal stakeholder relationships.
• Balance multiple priorities and deadlines under high pressure.
