Proposal Manager

Job Description

The Proposal Manager will be responsible for managing the proposal development process for federal government contracts. This includes coordinating with subject matter experts, writing and editing proposal content, and ensuring compliance with all requirements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of federal government procurement processes. The Proposal Manager must be proficient in MS Office and have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience with task orders and Shipley training is preferred. The ability to work well in a team environment and meet tight deadlines is essential.

Skills and Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 5-8 years of experience in proposal management
• Shipley trained
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in federal government proposals
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with task orders
• Able to work independently
• Team player

Pay Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year
