Proposal Manager – AECM Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a Proposal Manager to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will lead the development of compliant, high-quality proposals and related materials for opportunities across the AECM and FSRM landscape. The ideal candidate will manage proposal strategy, timelines, and cross-functional coordination to support successful submissions in a highly regulated federal environment. They will also partner closely with project management and marketing teams to strengthen pursuit efforts, align technical content, and ensure proposals reflect both responsiveness and quality. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $115,000 annually Responsibilities Conduct market research focused on opportunity areas within the federal AECM and FSRM space Develop RFIs, SSNs, and proposal submissions Manage proposal pipelines and timelines Lead the full proposal process to deliver high-quality, compliant submissions Coordinate Color Team reviews and compliance checks for proposals Collaborate with project management teams on qualifications and technical submissions Support project managers and marketing with proposal and material development Qualifications BS or BA in Business, Marketing, English, Communications, or an A/E/C-related field required 10+ years of proposal development experience required, including 5+ years in A/E/C proposals for federal agencies 3+ years leading proposal teams and analyzing RFP/RFQ packages required 3+ years of experience with SF330 federal proposal format Successful background and drug screening required Benefits Comprehensive range of employee benefits offered Professional development opportunities available Supportive and positive workplace culture emphasized Flexibility in work-life balance promoted Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
