Proposal Coordinator
About the role
ECORP Consulting, a fast-paced environmental consulting firm, seeks a Proposal Coordinator to support the preparation of proposals and Statements of Qualification (SOQs) in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Qualifications (RFQs). This position is key to managing deadlines, ensuring accuracy, and delivering high-quality results.
This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule. Employees may work remotely up to 2 days a week and must work out of one of ECORP's 6 office locations on the other 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate preparation of proposals and SOQs, including scopes, resumes, charts, tables, and cover letters.
- Develop and manage the outlines, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each proposal.
- Support Go/No-Go decision processes and Proposal Management meetings.
- Proofread, edit, and format proposal documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Manage and maintain CRM/proposal database information, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports on proposal status, win/loss summaries, and team updates.
- Collaborate with Proposal Managers, department leads, subcontractors, and clients to gather and verify information.
- Provide support to the Director of Marketing and the proposal team as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience in the A/E/C industry is highly desirable.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Deltek Vision (CRM) data management, and Constant Contact is highly desired.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and a proactive self-starter.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well-organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
Pay
Our base full-time rate for the role is $30-$40 per hour. The starting salary is determined by relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
Schedule
Hybrid schedule: remote up to 2 days a week, in-office 3 days a week at one of ECORP's 6 office locations.
