Proposal Analyst with Security Clearance
Job Summary
Manage proposal schedules, color team reviews, and compliance matrices. Facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders and conduct thorough compliance reviews. Maintain proposal libraries, past performance examples, SF-330s, and corporate resumes. Ensure adherence to page limits, font requirements, and government submission guidelines. Design and format proposals using Microsoft and Adobe. Perform final quality checks, verify required certifications, and ensure proper marking of information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in government proposal coordination and production
- Proven track record supporting federal proposals (civilian and/or defense)
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong understanding of FAR Part 15 and government procurement processes
- Experience with compliance matrices and Section L/M requirements
- Knowledge of 508 accessibility standards
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Able to work under tight deadlines with frequent evening/weekend work during proposal cycles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- APMP Foundation or Practitioner certification
- Experience with specific agency requirements (DoD, DHS, VA, GSA, NASA, etc.)
- Familiarity with government submission portals and databases
- Experience with proposal management software (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO, Shipley processes)
- Knowledge of price-to-win strategies and cost volume formatting
- Experience supporting IDIQ, task order, and GSA Schedule proposals
- Understanding of Shipley proposal methodology
- Previous experience in consulting, professional services, or IT contracting sectors
