Property Tax Work-Off Program

September 22, 2023November 13, 2025The Property Tax Work-Off Program provides a $2,000 property tax abatement to eligible Sudbury residents who provide 133 hours of work to a Town department. The Property Tax Work-off Program is for Sudbury residents who are:AND Those with skills and interests applicable to an open job may be placed and can earn up to a $2,000 property tax abatement for 133 hours of work. The tax abatement is applied in the following calendar year.Tax Work-off jobs are available based on the matching of current departmental needs with applicable skills of the applicants, and, as such, are not guaranteed.
