About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Services Manager to oversee luxury residential properties, including renovations, maintenance, and custom construction projects. This role requires strong construction knowledge, client relationship skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee residential renovation, maintenance, and custom construction projects.
- Diagnose and resolve complex building and property issues.
- Prepare estimates and manage project budgets, financials, and reporting.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and design professionals.
- Communicate directly with luxury residential clients and provide exceptional service.
- Oversee daily construction and maintenance activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Monitor preventative maintenance of building systems and trades.
- Review construction plans and identify technical or field-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and building requirements.
- Lead, coach, and support field and office staff.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Identify potential issues proactively and provide effective solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of construction, property management, or maintenance experience, or a bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and renovations.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, millwork, appliances, finishes, and building exteriors.
- Experience with estimating, project coordination, and financial management.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical documents.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and construction management software.
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred/required.
- Construction Supervisor License preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
