Job Type Full-time Description Westward360 is looking to add a Property Runner to join our growing Investments team! The Property Runner will support daily field operations, inspections, and project needs for the Investments team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, hands-on environment and enjoys variety in their workday. We service condo, townhome, and homeowner associations, and provide rental management services to multi-family, single-unit, and co-op properties. What We Offer Compensation range of $19-$23/HRFlexible work environment with field and office componentsMedical/Dental/Vision insuranceFront loaded PTO401k - Company match up to 4%Supportive team environment with exposure to property management and real estate investment operationsOpportunities for growth within the Investments Division What You’ll Do Inspect properties for damage and document findingsPerform building walk-throughs to locate mechanicals (breakers, water heaters, etc.)Deliver building notices and communicate with tenants or vendors onsiteAssist with light maintenance tasks (changing bulbs, blinds, batteries, etc.)Photograph and document project progress as neededPick up/drop off lockboxes, make bank deposits, and support other logistical needsProvide on-the-ground support for the Investments team and assist with ad hoc requests What You’ll Need Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks across propertiesAbility to work independently, prioritize, and adjust daily schedules as neededComfort using a smartphone, Gmail, and company chat toolsFlexibility and adaptability when appointments or projects shiftAuthorized to work in the United States About Westward360 Westward360 is dedicated to providing exceptional community management, rental management and brokerage services.
