Property Risk Control Field Technical Specialist

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, this role leads technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and technology capabilities in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed property inspections for commercial and high-hazard accounts
• Assess risks related to special hazards and liability
• Evaluate life safety systems and structural integrity
• Prepare comprehensive survey reports with recommendations
• Collaborate with underwriting teams on risk evaluations
• Communicate hazards and solutions effectively to clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and technical standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Large Property loss control or risk assessment
• Certifications such as CFPS, CSP preferred
• Proven proficiency in property hazard identification
• Experience in Middle Market, Large Account, and Specialty spaces

Pay

$103,954 – $164,309 annually
