Property Project Manager – Learning and Development Specialist

Primary Responsibilities
- Gathering and analyzing data
- Create learning roadmaps and development needs assessments for each job role within Real Estate Operations
- Develop training and development programs and objectives for the Real Estate Operations team
- Obtain and/or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
- Train and coach managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development efforts
- Develop and maintain organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
- Update weekly/monthly/quarterly reports from REO Leaders
- Participate in the implementation of all training platforms used in REO Learning and Development, including OSHA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Become a subject matter expert in certain areas of REO in an effort to cross-train colleagues – you will learn internal operations and become familiar with systems used in Project (Lucernex, Famis 360, Ariba, etc.)
Qualifications, Education, Certifications And/or Other Professional Credentials
- Minimum 5 years related work experience, preferred
- Excellent Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to maintain confidentiality
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel as necessary
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hrs per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (4 days in office)
