About the Role
Join a pioneering company revolutionizing urban mobility by developing autonomous transportation designed to prioritize the rider experience. Your work will shape how cutting-edge mobility services integrate into high-profile private properties, directly influencing urban transportation and daily mobility experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and own a portfolio of relationships from initial outreach through agreement, launch, and ongoing performance, establishing the foundational network for the company’s services.
- Develop trusted relationships with general managers, owners, asset managers, residential and building operators, and leaders across operational departments, serving as the primary, responsive, and credible point of contact.
- Secure property access by sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and finalizing permissions and agreements for operating on private property, including designated pickup/drop-off (PUDO) areas and staff procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and public authorities to establish public access points.
- Design and secure PUDO locations by conducting on-site assessments with property teams, identifying optimal spots, and translating operational considerations (e.g., traffic flow, vehicle dimensions, security) into clear requirements for internal teams.
- Develop strategic partnerships with potential for official or preferred status, including preferential space, branding, and co-marketing.
- Own activation and partner health by translating agreements into launch plans, operating procedures, staff communications, and escalation paths. Monitor performance, gather feedback, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.
- Represent the company with a polished, warm, and discreet presence within the hospitality and tourism ecosystem, including at properties and industry events.
- Connect field operations to internal teams by sharing partner requirements, market intelligence, and competitive activity to inform decision-making and ensure commitment fulfillment.
- Build a repeatable playbook by maintaining a disciplined pipeline and property map, tracking agreements, and creating scalable tools and processes for future market expansion.
Requirements

- Proven experience building relationships with senior decision-makers while collaborating with on-property teams responsible for guest arrival and daily operations.
- Demonstrated record of negotiating and implementing commercial agreements, access permissions, operating agreements, or other multi-party partnerships.
- Strong understanding of how luxury hotels, resorts, and complex private properties operate, including guest arrival, valet, security, transportation, service access, and special-event considerations.
- Ability to evaluate physical operating environments and work with technical and operational teams to develop practical PUDO solutions.
- Executive presence, high emotional intelligence, and strong commercial judgment to earn trust across diverse stakeholders, from owners to frontline operators.
- Ability to coordinate Legal, Operations, and Marketing teams without direct authority.
