Responsibilities

• Act as a leader, communicator, coach, mentor, and trainer for the property team.
• “Walk your talk” and epitomize the mission by creating referral‑worthy customer experiences consistently.
• Balance practical and compassionate nature to serve as both a team leader and business‑savvy strategist, continuously seeking improvement opportunities.
• Advocate for the team to enhance individual performance while providing excellent service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes, including Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of the bottom line and ability to balance income and expenses to ensure optimal overall results.
• Occasional travel required.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
