- Experience working with individuals experiencing or significantly impacted by mental health, substance use, poverty, and trauma
- Demonstrated ability to engage in interpersonal communication that is culturally responsive
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain positive resident relations
- Must have a commitment to learning and participating in Aeon's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
