Property Manager PT
About the role
The Property Manager (Community Manager) role supports our 4th Avenue multifamily community located in Clinton, IA. This position is part-time, 24 hours per week, with the flexibility to be on call for emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day operations including compliance, operations, concierge resident service, and financial performance
- Assisting in the management and maintenance of all facets of assigned apartment communities
Qualifications
- 1+ years of property management experience, specializing in Tax Credit
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience with YARDI preferred

Pay
Starting at $21+/ HOUR
Schedule
Part-time, 24 hours per week with the flexibility to be on call for emergencies
Skills

Knowledgeable about computer operations, including scanning documents and managing electronic files
Adaptable and flexible, understanding that office hours may not meet resident needs
Understanding of property budget and guidelines
Passionate about industry trends and regulatory guidelines
Ability to guide, direct, and train team members
