Property Manager- New Longview

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing on-site team members.
• Driving occupancy and retention through effective leasing and marketing strategies.
• Preparing, managing, and adhering to the community’s operating budget.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and safety regulations.
• Handling resident concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Pricing, reporting, financials, and long-term planning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, leasing practices, and property operations.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, etc.).
• Strong financial acumen with budget and reporting experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $73,000 - $75,000/year. JVM Management, Inc. determines individual pay within this range based on factors including qualifications, experience, scope of responsibilities, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer.
