Property Manager MM

About the role

Location: Austin, Texas, Facility: Ascension Seton Cove, Department: Real Estate, Schedule: Days, Full-time, 40 hours per week. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily MOB operations, vendor performance, and specialized healthcare maintenance to ensure full regulatory compliance and facility safety.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare tenants, resolve operational issues promptly to prevent patient care disruptions, and assist with leasing activities.
• Process daily accounts payable/receivable, monitor operating expenses, and contribute to annual budgeting, variance tracking, and contract renewals.
• Proactively identify property issues, coordinate effective vendor solutions, and ensure consistent, high-standard real estate service delivery.

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Preferences

Preference to individuals with property management in healthcare setting - hospitals, medical office buildings.
