Recruitment for the Department of Land & Natural Resources.

Pay

$5,527 to $6,728 per month (SR-22, Step D to I). Hiring rates will be based on availability of funds, the applicant's qualifications, and other relevant factors.

Duties

  • Performs the full range of work in the management of real properties and facilities, including complex tasks.
  • May supervise lower-level property managers.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States as a citizen, national, permanent resident alien, or eligibility under federal law for unrestricted employment.
  • Basic Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Specialized Experience: Two and one-half years of work experience in property management, including:
    • Acquisition or sale of real property.
    • Property evaluation.
    • Preparation and solicitation of bids.
    • Establishment of rental rates.
    • Selection of tenants.
    • Protection and maintenance of property.

    This experience must include business, commercial, or industrial real property management.

  • Possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.
