About the role
The immediate vacancies are in Downtown and Halawa to Kalihi. Salary: $4,961 to $6,043 per month (SR-20, Step D to I).
Responsibilities
- Independently performs a variety of work of average scope and complexity in the management of real properties and facilities.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Legal Authorization to Work: Must be a citizen, national, or permanent resident alien of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Specialized Experience: One and one-half (1-1/2) years of progressively responsible professional work experience in property management, including experience in business, commercial, or industrial real property management.

- Driver's License: Some positions require a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.
