About the role
Independently performs a variety of work of average scope and complexity in the management of real properties and facilities; and performs other related duties as required.

- Preparation and solicitation of bids
- Establishment of rental rates
- Selecting tenants
- Protection and maintenance of property
- Business, commercial, or industrial real property management experience
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- One and one-half (1-1/2) years of progressively responsible professional work experience in property management
- Experience in business, commercial, or industrial real property management
