Property Manager II
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting.
The posting includes:
- Coalition Mission (maybe "About the role"? Actually "Coalition Mission" is about organization; could be "About the role"? But we have "Position Summary". So we can have sections: About the role (maybe mission + philosophy?), Responsibilities (Duties/Responsibilities), Requirements (Education, Licensure And Experience), Qualifications (Job Competencies), Skills (maybe part of competencies), Benefits (Coalition Benefits), Pay (none), Schedule (none). We must not create Pay/Schedule unless present. There's no explicit pay or schedule info. So we omit those.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end: "CCH is an equal opportunity employer..." That's boilerplate; we should remove. Also "This position will be posted for a minimum of 5 days" maybe metadata; we can drop or fold into short p. Probably drop.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We need to use for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content.
Sections:
1. About the role / Coalition Mission and Philosophy? The posting includes "Coalition Mission", "Our Philosophy of Service", "We Create Lasting Solutions To Homelessness By ...". That's about organization. Could be "About the role" or "About the organization". Since we have "Position Summary" separate, we could put mission/philosophy under "About the role". We'll include that as prose.
2. Position Summary: a paragraph describing role.
3. Responsibilities: Duties/Responsibilities (Essential Functions) list.
4. Requirements: Education, Licensure And Experience (including high school diploma, industry designation, driver's license, experience). Could be under "Requirements".
5. Qualifications: Job Competencies list.
6. Skills: maybe part of competencies; but we could combine with Qualifications. However we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section "Qualifications & Skills". But instructions: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have Qualifications and Skills combined? But they gave separate headings as examples; we can still combine if content overlaps. However we need to decide.
We have "Job Competencies" which includes knowledge, abilities, etc. That could be both qualifications and skills. Could put under "Qualifications". Or we could have "Qualifications" for education/license/experience, and "Skills" for competencies. That seems reasonable.
Thus:
- About the role: coalition mission, philosophy, we create lasting solutions.
- Responsibilities: duties list.
- Requirements: education, licensure, experience.
- Skills: job competencies list.
- Benefits: coalition benefits.
We must not include Pay or Schedule.
We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now we need to format.
We'll produce:

We need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate like "Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to the health or safety of themselves or others." That's also boilerplate; we should remove. Also the ADAA statement earlier. We removed.
Also we need to remove "Physical Demands and Working Conditions" section? That's substantive? It describes physical demands; could be considered part of Requirements? But it's not explicitly requested as a section; but we could include under Requirements? However instructions: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. The physical demands section has specific content (percentage tables). Should we include? It's not one of the listed headings but we could include as a separate section maybe "Physical Demands". However the instruction list of headings is examples; we can add other headings if needed. But we need to decide if we should include it. It's substantive info about physical demands.
