About the role
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of the facility. This includes managing staff, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the facility is clean and safe.
- Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and facility management.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent issues before they arise.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Work closely with vendors to secure necessary supplies and services.
- Prepare and manage the property’s budget, including forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a similar field.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
Skills

- Experience with property management software.

Pay

Schedule
