We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have Organization Background, Position Summary, Key Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications, Physical Requirements, Compensation, Hours & Location. Also maybe Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: - Organization Background (description of Aeon). Could be "About the organization" but not listed as a standard heading. The allowed headings list includes "About the role". But we could use "About the organization"? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive. Probably we should stick to those headings where applicable. We have responsibilities, qualifications/skills, benefits, pay, schedule. Also maybe "Physical Requirements" could be under "Requirements"? But they said use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Could combine. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include sections for Responsibilities, Qualifications/Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe "About the organization" could be a brief intro paragraph before sections, not a heading. The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can start with a

containing Organization Background and Position Summary combined? But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could put a

with the organization background and position summary (the first two paragraphs). Then sections for Responsibilities, Qualifications/Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Physical Requirements? Physical Requirements could be under "Requirements". But they said use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Could have a section "Requirements" that includes physical requirements and maybe other qualifications like driver's license etc. However they also have a separate "Skills & Qualifications" section. Could combine. Better to follow the examples: Use headings: Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also "About the role" but we already have position summary; we could put that under "About the role". But they said do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). "About the role" is not the job title, it's a section heading. That's allowed. So we could have:

About the role

with position summary. Then

Responsibilities

with list. Then

Qualifications

with list of qualifications (experience, affordable housing, supportive housing, etc.) Then

Skills

maybe list of skills (collaborative, organized, etc.) but we could combine qualifications and skills. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one section "Qualifications & Skills". But the instruction says use headings like Qualifications, Skills. It doesn't forbid combining but we should follow examples? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use any of those. We could have Qualifications and Skills separate but that may be thin. Better to combine into one heading "Qualifications" that includes both qualifications and skills. Or we could have "Qualifications" and "Skills" each with content; but they'd be thin but still substantive. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid many thin sections. So combine. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical requirements could be under Qualifications (as a requirement). Or we could add a "Requirements" section for physical requirements and driver's license etc. But we already have Qualifications; we could include physical requirements there. Let's extract content. This role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to balance resident needs, housing requirements, and effective property operations. The Property Manager will work closely with Touchstone Mental Health and other partners while maintaining clear roles between property management and supportive services. We're looking for a collaborative, solutions-oriented leader who can navigate complex situations with empathy, consistency, and appropriate boundaries and who is motivated by the purpose and impact of permanent supportive housing. The Property Manager reports directly to the Portfolio Director. Key Responsibilities: list bullet points. We need to convert each bullet into

We need to preserve all these details. Could flatten into a single list? The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a single
          with all responsibilities as
        • items, but we might lose grouping. However we can still include subheadings inside
        • ? Probably better to keep each responsibility as a
        • and include the sub-bullets as part of the same
        • text (maybe using commas or semicolons). But we risk losing detail. However we can embed line breaks using
          inside
        • . That's allowed? The instruction didn't forbid
          . It said use
          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can have

          • containing multiple sentences. We can include line breaks via
. That should preserve details. Thus each responsibility heading can be part of the
          • text. Similarly for Qualifications: we have list of qualifications and skills. Qualifications list: - Significant experience leading a property management team; experience opening or stabilizing a new affordable housing community is a plus. - Affordable housing experience, including Project-Based Section 8 and Tax Credit programs, is strongly preferred. - Experience
