Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of properties under our portfolio
• Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal property performance
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement property strategies
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple properties
• Knowledge of property management software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
