I am seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets
• Manage project teams and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate development and management
• Knowledge of construction management and contract administration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
