About the role

I am seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will be based in our headquarters in [City, State] and will report directly to the Director of Projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines and budgets
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain project plans and reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep all parties informed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience with construction or real estate projects preferred
  • Knowledge of construction contracts and bidding processes
  • Understanding of building codes and regulations
