Property Manager

About the role

Provide overall leadership and accountability for daily operations of a 216-unit apartment community. Lead the final phase of property stabilization, converting operational gains into sustained, long-term performance. Responsibilities

• Drive leasing velocity, resident retention, and occupancy through disciplined execution and team accountability
• Develop, manage, and control operating budgets; analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed
• Oversee maintenance operations and capital initiatives to ensure asset preservation, curb appeal, and on-time project completion
• Recruit, develop, and lead on-site team members with clear expectations and a culture of ownership and professionalism
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, maintaining consistent, transparent, and professional communication
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, service delivery, and sustained asset performance

What success looks like

• First 90 days: Assessed the team, owned the numbers, and have a clear plan
• By month six: Occupancy at or above 95%, delinquency consistently under 5%, and the property operating on budget
• First year: The Linden is a stabilized, high-performing asset with a retention-focused culture and a team that runs without you having to chase it

Requirements

• Proven multifamily stabilization experience
