Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and efficient property management.
- Oversee leasing activities, including tenant screening, lease agreements, and renewals.
- Care for property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of property expenses, budgets, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding property management and tenant relations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve property value and occupancy rates.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of property staff and contractors.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial statements for the properties.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required.
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential.
- A strong knowledge of property management principles and practices is necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment is important.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, first shift. 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of Property Management experience is preferred.

- Knowledge of leasing, renewals, collections, and notices is beneficial.
- Experience maintaining resident files and compliance documentation is advantageous.
