Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their client's team in California. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining property standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and efficient property management.
- Oversee leasing activities, including tenant screening, lease agreements, and renewals.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of property expenses, budgets, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding property management and tenant relations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve property value and occupancy rates.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of property staff and contractors.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial statements for the properties.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, first shift.
8:00 AM-5:00 PM
