Property Manager
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove generic filler like "commensurate with experience". The posting includes sections: "Why You’ll Love Working Here", "What We’re Looking For", "What You’ll Do", "What Sets TSCG Apart", "Leading With Purpose", "United by Purpose". Also some intro paragraphs.
We need to map content to headings: About the role (intro description), Responsibilities (What You’ll Do), Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (What We’re Looking For includes experience, degree, license, proficiency, etc). Benefits (Competitive benefits package with generous PTO, etc). Pay and Schedule: not mentioned specifically, so we should NOT include those sections. Also maybe "About the role" could include description of role, location, hybrid, etc.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive info. So we need to extract details exactly as given, but we can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we should keep the information, not omit. We can keep the same sentences but maybe restructure into lists.
We must not create sections with filler. So we will include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. Possibly combine Requirements/Qualifications/Skills as separate if content fits. The posting has "What We’re Looking For" which includes: 3+ years of commercial property management experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred, Active Tennessee Real Estate License as of your start date, Experience preparing budgets, ownership reports, and CAM reconciliations, Proficiency with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management systems, Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities, Professional judgment, accountability, and a strong service mindset.
We could split: Requirements (experience, degree, license), Qualifications (budget experience, Yardi/MRI proficiency), Skills (Excel, Word, Teams, communication, organized, analytical, judgment). But we need to ensure we don't create thin sections. Could combine into one "Requirements" section with bullet list. But the instruction says use headings for those categories if we have content. It says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine into one "Requirements" section covering all. But they also ask to use headings for e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It seems they expect we may include multiple of those if content exists. However we can decide to include only those with substantive content. The posting does not separate qualifications vs skills clearly; but we can still create sections if we can map content.
We could do:
