The Job:
- Manage a multi-family apartment community while providing excellent customer service.
- Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service.
- Negotiate and enforce leases.
- Meet all deadlines set forth by the management company/regional managers.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and coordinating with maintenance to complete repairs.
- Arrange for the advertising of vacancies; obtain referrals from current tenants; explain advantages of location and services; and show units.
- Manage leasing agents and provide clear, concise instructions on what is needed to reach daily goals.
Details:
- High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Property Manager.
- Working knowledge of property management software, such as OneSite RealPage experience required.
