Where is the job?

Houston, TX

The Job:

Manage a multi-family apartment community while providing excellent customer service.
Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service.
Negotiate and enforce leases.
Meet all deadlines set forth by the management company/regional managers.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and coordinating with maintenance to complete repairs.
Arrange for the attraction of tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; and showing units.
Manage leasing agents and provide clear, concise instructions on what is needed to reach daily goals.

Details:

High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
Minimum of five years of experience as a Property Manager.
Working knowledge of property management software, such as OneSite.
