About the role

The Property Manager position involves leading day-to-day operations, managing finances, conducting inspections, and building strong relationships with residents, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead on daily property operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects
  • Manage financial performance, including rent collection, budgeting, and expense tracking
  • Conduct property inspections and address maintenance or compliance needs proactively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, staff, vendors, and ownership
  • Showcase available units and help residents find their next home
  • Create and execute marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy and attract tenants
  • Maintain organized and accurate records across all areas of property operations
  • Uphold community standards to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
  • Handle resident concerns with professionalism, care, and a solutions-focused mindset

Requirements

  • At least 1-3 years of experience as a LIHTC Property Manager
  • Experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Natural leadership qualities
  • Solid understanding of property management practices, regulations, and compliance
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Ability to pass a background check

    $64,000 - $67,000 annually

    Onsite, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday
