About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Provide excellent customer service and support rental activity
- Complete leases, documentation, and data entry accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure property environment
- Perform daily walkthroughs and operational checks
- Handle cash management, deposits, and reporting with accuracy
- Manage delinquent accounts and auction processes
- Identify maintenance issues and coordinate timely repairs
- Train and support team members to meet company standards
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in property management, retail management, or customer-facing operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prioritization of reliability and ability to follow established processes consistently
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple responsibilities
- Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, systems)
- Willingness to perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
