About the role

A stable leadership role with growth opportunity in a growing self-storage company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Provide excellent customer service and support rental activity
  • Complete leases, documentation, and data entry accurately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure property environment
  • Perform daily walkthroughs and operational checks
  • Handle cash management, deposits, and reporting with accuracy
  • Manage delinquent accounts and auction processes
  • Identify maintenance issues and coordinate timely repairs
  • Train and support team members to meet company standards

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in property management, retail management, or customer-facing operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prioritization of reliability and ability to follow established processes consistently
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, systems)
  • Willingness to perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
